timelines, shipping & returns

We work with somewhat variable timelines. If you are uncertain about what to expect, or would like to request fast tracking, please get in touch.

PRODUCTION TIMELINES 

We produce most items from scratch upon receiving your order. You should generally allow 8-10 working days for this; we will update you if a bit of extra time is required due to high order volumes.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Local (within SA)

Once the order is complete it will reach you within 2-4 business days, depending on your location. We use a courier service for all deliveries; for this reason we can only accept physical delivery addresses, and we require a contact number.

Note: if you live in Joburg, you can also choose to pick up your items from us. Just select this option when it comes up and we will coordinate with you when your order is ready

International (outside of SA)

Once your order is complete it will reach you within 4-14 business days depending on your location.

Note: as an international shopper you can also select pick up as an option, if you are planning to visit Joburg soon, or you have a friend here who can pick up for you.

SHIPPING COSTS 

Local (within SA)

Shipping is free for all orders R1,500 and over. For orders under R1,500 it is charged at a flat rate of R110.

International

Please contact us for a quote before placing your order. 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, REFUNDS & SHOP CREDIT 

South Africa

Exchanges & returns apply to regularly priced goods only; items on sales are excluded. 

If for any reason you don’t love your purchase, let us know on chat@wrapt.co.za within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and indicate whether you would like an an exchange, a store credit or a refund. 

In order to qualify for either of these your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It is your responsibility to return the item/s to our physical address in Johannesburg. The returned goods need to reach us within 14 days of when you received them. Once we have received them we will send the replacement, issue store credit or refund you. 

International (outside of SA)

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside SA as logistics and costs are prohibitive. this text to share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, share announcements, or welcome customers to your store.
