RIBLINE Cropped Widelegs
Color
Knit wide and slightly cropped, the Ribline wideleg trousers move with quiet confidence.
A striking ribbed line runs down the front of each leg. It flatters and lengthen the legs, adding definition and rhythm, and echoing the patterning on the HATCH Ribbed Gilet. Deep pockets lend everyday utility.
The waist sits slightly high. It is elasticated for comfortable and flexibility; the wide waistband is joined beautifully to the pants, ensuring that the look remains polished.
The cool, mid-weight cotton we use for the knitting gives the shape an easy drape — crisp yet fluid, with a pleasing weight.
FIT NOTES FOR THE RIBLINE CROPPED WIDELEGS

To find you size, you can use your actual hip measurement as the starting point, or simply compare the measurement for TROUSER hip in the round with a pair of pants you own. Aim for 8-12cm of ease on the hips; the trousers are not intended to fit tightly.
If you find that your hip and waist measurements suggest different sizes, choose the size based on the hip measurement, and let us know: we can easily adjust the size of the elastic in the waist.
FIND YOUR SIZE - A GENERAL GUIDE
Each of our products has its own size chart in which we try to give you all the information you need to make a choice.
Note that the numbers in these charts are the measurements of the garment, not the body.
- Read through the Fit notes to see what the intended fit is
- Take the key width measurement on your body (chest in the case of a top, hips and waist in the case of a bottom)
- Add the intended ease and check the size chart to find the nearest match.
- Check the length measurements of the garment against your body to make sure that they work for you.
Alternatively, compare the measurements of the garment with something similar you already own and whose fit you like.
Keep in mind that knits are inherently stretchy, and none of our styles is especially tight fitting. It is often possible to size up or down to get a roomier of closer fit.

Care The best care for your knits is often less: air it out between wears, and wash only when really needed. It's better for the fibres and the earth. If you feel like your knit needs a refresh, hover a steaming iron over it. The steam will fluff up and settle the fibres, and any slight stretching from wear will be repaired.
When your cotton knit does need cleaning, machine wash it using a gentle / wool cycle. Put the garment in a laundry bag to prevent abrasion or stretching.
Lay flat to dry; reshape while damp.
Store flat.
