Knitted in brushed mohair, Mantle falls in a soft curve over the shoulders and hovers at the elbows.
a gentle shell, a layered sky, a banded hillside.
The ombré colouring fades from dark to light, structured yet organic.
Minimal in shape. Quietly dramatic in effect.

44cm long; 80cm wide at the bottom edge, measured flat; 160cm in the round.

FIT NOTES FOR THE MANTLE CAPELET
The capelet is currently made in one size, measuring 44cm long. The bottom edge is 80cm wide when measured flat; 160cm in the round. This gives ample room to move the arms without feeling constrained.

Composition 78% mohair | 13% wool | 9% nylon

Care The best care for your knits is often less: air it out between wears, and wash only when really needed. It's better for the fibres and the earth. If you feel like your knit needs a refresh, hover a steaming iron over it. The steam will fluff up and settle the fibres, and any slight stretching from wear will be repaired.
When your mohair knit does need cleaning, hand wash it, using luke warm water and a gentle detergent. Do not wring or rub.
Squeeze the water out; to remove more water, squeeze between towels.
Lay flat to dry; reshape while damp.
Store flat.
Mohair pills less than merino wool, and the pills that do form, tend to be large and loose. Simply pull them off by hand.
